Ria Hales

Manager

I have over 30 years' experience in childcare, with a BA in Early Childhood Studies and Foundation degree. I am a qualified Forest School teacher. Currently studying my Masters degree in Early Childhood and Education, I am a passionate, reliable and committed child practitioner who whole heartedly believes that the work you put into children shapes the adults they will become. It's all about the fun!

Ali Bunting

Manager

With over 15 years' experience in childcare, including as a childminding assistant, and having previously worked in Speech and Language Therapy I am a warm, hard-working, reliable, highly organised, caring individual who has strong capabilities in many areas. I also have my Level 3 in Childcare. I handle the administrative side of Rialize.

Adrian joins us 3 days a week after school, he has a vast knowledge of just about everything, which helps as he is also caretaker at the school.

Alfie joins the team 5 evenings a week and like sports.

Ben is working at Rialize whilst studying at college, he has previous experience helping out at local scout groups.

Charlotte is starting her career in childcare and works 5 days a week at Rialize and is looking forward to getting to know the children.

Claire joins our nursery and wrap around team and has many years experience in Early Years. She is working with us mostly in the afternoon nursery and loves running in her spare time and enjoys her arts and crafts. 

Clislaine joins the team having worked at other childcare settings in the town. She works mornings and afternoons, as well as in the Nursery bringing a wealth of experience to the role. 

Henry is working at Rialize 5 days a week, gaining some hands on experience in childcare. 

Mrs Barker has worked here at Bridgewater School and works at Rialize in the afternoon Nursery. She is fully qualified and has worked at other settings in the town.

Mrs Maunders works in our afternoon nursery, she has some experience in Early Years and SEND and enjoys walks with her dog.

Jude has experience in tennis coaching and joins the team 2 afternoons a week bringing his sporty fun to the club.

Katie works 5 days a week at the after school club, she has previous experience at other early years settings and loves crafty creating in her spare time.

Mrs Berryman is a TA at the school and is a qualified Forest School teacher, she is working with us 2 afternoons a week. She brings her creative skill set and is familiar with the children and setting.

Oscar works 5 afternoons, he is a keen footballer and happy to delve into all sports.

Suzanne works in the afternoon nursery and a couple of after school sessions, joining the team with good knowledge and experience of Early Years settings.
