Ria Hales

Manager

I have over 30 years' experience in childcare, with a BA in Early Childhood Studies and Foundation degree. I am a qualified Forest School teacher. Having completed my Masters degree in Early Childhood and Education and my PARS training. I am a passionate, reliable and committed child practitioner who whole heartedly believes that the work you put into children shapes the adults they will become. It's all about the fun!

Ali Bunting

Manager

With over 20 years' experience in childcare, including as a childminding assistant, and having previously worked in Speech and Language Therapy I am a warm, hard-working, reliable, highly organised, caring individual who has strong capabilities in many areas. I also have my Level 3 in Childcare. I handle the administrative side of Rialize.

Adam works everyday at the breakfast and after school club. Adam is involved in the Youth Council in his spare time.

Adrian joins us 3 days a week after school, he has a vast knowledge of just about everything, which helps as he is also caretaker at the school.

Alfie joins the team 5 evenings a week and like sports.

Ariana joins the team a few days a week around her studies and other commitments. She is very sporty and loves a good game of football or tennis.

Claire joins our nursery and wrap around team and has many years experience in Early Years. She is working with us mostly in the afternoon nursery and loves running in her spare time and enjoys her arts and crafts. 

Dale works 5 afternoons at Rialize and brings her wealth of knowledge to the team from her teaching background.

Hollie has worked at Rialize as a young helper for many years and is now a fully fledged team member, around her health and beauty college course. She works Fridays in nursery and after school

Ingerlise works at Bridgewater as a MSA and joins us at after school club 2 evenings a week. She enjoys arts and crafts

Mrs Barker has worked here at Bridgewater School and works at Rialize in the afternoon Nursery. She is fully qualified and has worked at other settings in the town.

Janice works 5 days at our after school club, having had many years working in schools and childcare settings, she is brimming with ideas for the children to get stuck into.

Mrs Maunders works in our afternoon nursery, she has some experience in Early Years and SEND and enjoys walks with her dog.

Jodie has worked with us at the holiday club for a few years, in between studying at University and now joins the after school team 4 afternoons a week. 

Kate has been with Rialize for many years and works 4 days a week at the breakfast and after school clubs, she is our resident crafty knitter, crocheter and origami master!

Katie works 5 days a week at the after school club, she has previous experience at other early years settings and loves crafty creating in her spare time.

Lily re joins the team after some time away travelling. She works in the Nursery and after school 4 days a week.

Millie works 4 days at the breakfast and after school club and loves a good board game, very competitive.

Oscar works 5 afternoons, he is a keen footballer and happy to delve into all sports.

Miss Harding works as a TA at Bridgewater and joins us two days a week at the after school club, working with our early years rooms.
